In partnership with the UEA Careers Centre, full-time MBA students have access to the Career Impact Programme especially created for MBA students at Norwich Business School. The Career Impact Programme is compulsory and has been devised specifically to support all full time MBA students. This will provide ongoing student reflection on personal and professional development and enhance future employability.
To succeed you need to take responsibility and manage your own career.
The Career Impact programme provides the support and resources to enable you to do this.

Careers Guidance
Individual guidance to support you plan and implement the next stage of your career through: - One to one guidance appointments - e-guidance for help with CVs, applications and career queries.
Career Impact Workshops
These are designed to help you to identify your career options, increase self awareness and realise your potential. The workshops will include:

An introduction to the Career Impact programme.
Personality preferences
Understanding your personality preferences is fundamental to self development and effective career management. An individual MBTI personality profile and feedback session will be provided.
Career options with your MBA
Researching and exploring career areas and understanding what employers look for in the MBA job market.
Making an impact
Self presentation: a confidence building workshop to help you develop effective self presentation skills.
CV and applications: advice on how to grab the attention of prospective employers and market your MBA effectively.
Interviews: a guide to making the most of interviews providing individual interview coaching sessions.
Assessment centres and psychometric testing: providing an opportunity to undertake a range of psychometric tests used by employers.
Maximising job opportunities: Job hunting internationally and the role of networking.
