I joined the University of East Anglia in May 2011 as a Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour. I hold a PhD from Nottingham Trent University, an MBA from the University of Manchester and a BA from the Athens University of Economics and Business. Prior to moving into Academia I held various professional roles in Shipping and in Consulting.

My research interests lie in the broader fields of ‘identity', ‘work' and ‘spirituality'. My recent research has been looking at the identity processes of people who consider themselves ‘spiritual' and in relation to their conception of work. I am also interested in the ‘relational being' and more specifically in how people draw on spiritual and other cultural resources to integrate aspects of ‘unity' into who they are.
