Biography

I am Lecturer in Management and Course Leader for MSc in International Human Resource Management. My research interest is in organizational knowledge creation and its interface with learning, creativity, product development and knowledge economics. I teach units in knowledge management and organizational behaviour.

I am a graduate of University of East Anglia, University of Cambridge and Asian Institute of Management. Prior to joining academia I worked in business and development sectors.

Key Research Interests

My research interests include knowledge creation, organisational learning, new product development and knowledge epistemology.
