Our Alumni - Where are they now?

One of the main questions we get asked by enquirers to our MBA programme is:

"What sort of position I can hope to get after my MBA and where are your Alumni now employed?"

Below are some examples of positions gained by previous MBA students.

MBA 10 illustrative job titles our past graduates hold

  4. Business Researcher, Enterprise
  5. Professional Adviser Long Term Conditions
  6. International Business Manager

Employers include large and small organisations including public (e.g. National Health Service), manufacturing (e.g. automotive technology), finance and general commerce.

Our MBA programme has a strong focus on management consultancy skills, with the traditional MBA dissertation being replaced with two consultancy projects. Our students also have the opportunity to gain not only an MBA, but also the Diploma in Management Consultancy from the Institute of Consulting/Chartered Management Institute.  Because of this, a number of our students go on to set up their own independent consulting companies (in the UK or overseas) or work as consultants in larger firms. However, most use these consultancy skills as part of general management within organisations.  The skills developed (teamwork, problem solving, project management) have applicability in most business contexts.
