Biography
Professor Tzokas graduated with a BSc and an MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) in Greece. He was awarded a PhD from the School of Management at the University of Bath. Formerly at the University of Strathclyde and the University of Stirling he joined the Norwich Business School in November 2000. His research areas of interest include Relationship Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, New Product Development, and Sales Management.
